About the diesel mechanic job role

You will be required to undertake maintenance, repairs and servicing work on various plant equipment both onsite in our workshop and in the field.

Diesel Mechanic Skills and Experience Required

• At least 5 years’ experience and Australian Trade Qualified Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic
• Current active drivers license
• Proven fitter experience in repairing earthmoving plant equipment
• Pass a Drug and alcohol test & Statutory Declaration
• Elevated Work Platform Ticket
• Working At Heights Certificate
• High Risk Forklift Ticket (ESSENTIAL)
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Trustworthy and timely with a commitment to the job
• Construction White Card and PPE
